目的:优选蛇黄凝胶的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以三羽新月蕨苷A、大黄素和干膏得率为评价指标,在单因素试验基础上,通过综合评分优选蛇黄凝胶的提取工艺。采用HPLC测定三羽新月蕨苷A、大黄素含量,流动相乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水(B)-水(C)梯度洗脱(0~40 min,10%~70%A,10%B,80%~20%C),检测波长226 nm。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为加14倍量70%乙醇提取3次,每次30 min;大黄素、三羽新月蕨苷A平均提取量依次为0.37,0.76 mg·g-1。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定可行,对蛇黄凝胶的生产工艺具有一定的指导和参考意义。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of snake yellow gel. Methods: The L9 (34) orthogonal design was used to evaluate the yield of three new cinnabarinoside A, emodin and dry extract. On the basis of single factor test, the optimum extraction conditions of snake yellow gel . The content of erigeron A and emodin in erigeron were determined by HPLC. The mobile phases were eluted with a gradient of acetonitrile (A) -0.1% phosphoric acid (B) -water (C) (0-40 min, 10-70% 10% B, 80% ~ 20% C), detection wavelength 226 nm. RESULTS: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: extraction of 14 times the amount of 70% ethanol for 3 times, each time for 30 minutes; the average extraction amount of emodin and three crabgrass extract were 0.37,0.76 mg · g-1. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is stable and feasible, which has some guidance and reference significance to the production process of.
