独立学院作为中国高等教育的一个重要组成部份,它不仅承担着高等教育这一伟大而光荣的社会使命——培养社会主义的建设者,而且也因它不同于公立的普通本科院校的性质,它也面临着很多发展的机会与挑战,尤其是我们的人才培养模式也需要根据国家与社会的实际需求做出新的调整与改进,自学院成立以来,我院所开设的行政管理专业在也发展了近10年,我们在专业人才培养上面也需要做出一些创新,这也与我院当前所提出的走内涵式发展道路相符合。
