目前,园林专业毕业生普遍存在实践技能缺陷,与岗位需求不能良好的接轨。本文以园林行业岗位需求的充分调研为基础,以三大岗位能力培养为目标,以岗位基本技能—岗位专业技能—岗位综合技能培养为主线,构建了重庆文理学院园林专业实践教学体系,旨在为园林专业应用型人才培养提供借鉴意义。
At present, the graduation of garden graduates are practically deficient in practice skills and can not well meet the needs of posts. Based on the full investigation of the demands of the garden industry, this article takes the cultivation of the three positions as the goal and takes the basic skills of the post as the main line to train the professional skill of the post and the comprehensive skill training of the post. The purpose is to set up the practice teaching system of the garden specialty of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences It provides reference for cultivation of applied talents in garden specialty.
