本文在马克思劳动价值论的基础上提出了“劳动补偿率”这一新概念并分析它与劳动收益率的关系,揭示出劳动力转移的根源在于劳动补偿率的差异。在此基础上,文章进一步区分了劳动力价值和实际工资率,对劳动力价值决定提出新的见解,对剩余价值和剩余价值率在理论上进行了细分,最后预测了劳动力价值、剩余价值率和实际工资率的变动趋势。
Based on Marx’s labor theory of value, this paper proposes a new concept of “labor compensation rate” and analyzes the relationship between it and labor rate of return. It reveals that the root of labor transfer lies in the difference of labor compensation rate. On this basis, the article further distinguishes the value of the labor force from the actual wage rate, puts forward new opinions on the determination of the value of the labor force, divides the residual value and the residual value rate in theory, and finally predicts the value of the labor force, the residual value rate and The trend of the real wage rate.
