载脂蛋白E(ApoE)在血脂代谢的过程中发挥着重要的作用,由于基因突变而产生的基因多态性对冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的发病具有重要的影响。检测载脂蛋白E基因多态性对发现冠心病的易感人群及开展一级预防具有重要意义。
Apolipoprotein E (ApoE) plays an important role in the metabolism of lipids. Gene polymorphisms due to gene mutations have an important impact on the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. Detection of apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism is of great importance for the detection of susceptible populations with coronary heart disease and for primary prevention.
