县级供电部门对农村电费的收取标准是严格执行国家电价政策的.可是配电台区按总表抄见电量收费时,村与村的电价有的就不一样,而是千差万别:A村电价0.52元/kW·h,B村电价0.53元/kW·h,C村电价又可能是0.58元.kW.h.这次竟是怎么回事?其原因主要是由于配变固定损耗(铁损)和配变负荷率始终在影响着电价.比如,甲村有一台50kV·A高损耗配变,负荷率较低,月用电量1000 kW·h;乙村有台50 kV·A低损耗配变,月用电2000 kW·h.因为计量装置都在配变低压侧,按照高供低计应加收配变
