南京市煤气总公司新气源工程是以轻油为主要原料、以液化石油气为备用原料的轻油制气工程,制气规模50万m~3/d,拥有产气量25万m~3/d的生产线三条,该制气技术是从国外引进的常压循环制气法,并进口主要设备和仪表,工程总投资约2.72亿元,计划于1999年11月投产,鉴于我院在轻油制气方面具有丰富的对外技术谈判、设计、施工和开工调试等方面的经验,南京市新气源工程指挥部正式委托我院承担从引进技术的谈判到各阶段设计和厂内附属设施的初步设计、施工图设计的设计监理工作,并参与工艺、设备、仪表和电气等专业的施工监理。目前,设计监理正在进行中。
The new gas source project of Nanjing Gas Company is a light oil gas project with light oil as the main raw material and liquefied petroleum gas as the backup material. The gas production scale is 500,000 m3/d, and the gas production capacity is 250,000 m3. /d has three production lines. The gas production technology is a normal-cycle gas production method imported from abroad, and imports major equipment and instruments. The total project investment is about 272 million yuan. It is planned to start production in November 1999, given that our Oil gas has rich experience in external technical negotiations, design, construction, commissioning, and other aspects. Nanjing New Air Source Engineering Command formally commissioned our institute to undertake negotiations from the introduction of technology to various stages of design and in-plant ancillary facilities. Design supervision of preliminary design and construction drawing design, and participate in professional construction supervision of crafts, equipment, instruments, and electrical equipment. At present, design supervision is in progress.
