近年来,国土资源管理部门实施“一张图”系统建设,运用大数据实现国土资源全覆盖、全流程的动态监测与监管,达到“一张图管地、管矿、管权”的目的。档案作为核心数据库的重要组成部分,能为“一张图”系统的整体建设提供大数据基础,为国土资源管理各项工作提供全面的、高度共享的数据支撑。本文通过分析“一张图”系统建设对档案管理带来的影响,提出借力国土大数据建设,更好地服务国土资源管理事业的对策建议。
In recent years, the department of land and resources administration has implemented the system construction of “one map” and implemented the dynamic monitoring and regulation of land resources covering the entire process and using the big data to reach the goal of “ ”the goal of. Archives, as an important part of the core database, can provide a big data foundation for the overall construction of the “one map” system and provide comprehensive and highly shared data support for various tasks of land resources management. By analyzing the influence of system construction on archives management, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on leveraging the construction of large-scale national land database to better serve the management of land and resources.
