宁波港务局铁路管理处,又名浙江北仑港建设指挥部洪镇线铁路工程指挥部（两块牌子一套班子）,是负责宁波港北仑、镇海两港区铁路集疏运和洪镇线铁路运输、经营及基建的综合性企业。 洪镇线西起宁波市江北区洪塘镇西北隅与萧甬铁路接轨,东至镇海后塘与镇海港区铁路相衔接,线路里程22公里,加站线总长48公里,内设庄桥、洪编、沈家、俞范、镇海5个站。1978年建设,当年投入试生产。浙江北仑港建设指挥部洪镇线铁路工程指挥部前身宁波港铁路支线工程指挥部承担了该线的施工和建设。港区铁路通达本港3个港埠公司及十几个厂矿企业,线路里程加延长里程近40公里。
Ningbo Port Authority Railway Administration, also known as the Beilun port construction headquarters in Hongzhen Line Railway Engineering Command (two brands of a team), is responsible for the Ningbo Port Beilun, Zhenhai two port rail transit and Hong Zhen railway line Transportation, management and infrastructure of a comprehensive enterprise. Hongzhen line west of Hongbei District, Jiangbei District, Ningbo City, Northwest corner and Xiaoyong railway line, east Zhenhai Houtang and Zhenhaigang District rail convergence, the line mileage of 22 km, plus a total length of 48 km station line, with Zhuangqiao, Hong compiled, Shen, Yu Fan, Zhenhai 5 stations. Construction in 1978, then put into trial production. Zhejiang Beilun Port Construction Headquarters Hong Zhen Line Railway Engineering Headquarters, formerly Ningbo Port Railway Extension Project Headquarters undertook the construction and construction of the line. The MTRCL has three Hong Kong port companies and a dozen factories and mines in Hong Kong. The Mileage of the MTRC will be extended by nearly 40 kilometers.
