目的探讨优质护理应用于宫颈糜烂微波治疗中的临床效果。方法选择2015年6月-2016年6月来我院行微波治疗的宫颈糜烂患者86例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将所有患者随机分为对照组(给予常规护理干预)与观察组(给予优质护理干预),比较两组患者的护理满意度及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组患者的护理满意度远远高于对照组(P<0.05),干预前,两组患者的生活质量无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后,明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者的改善情况远远优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于宫颈糜烂微波治疗的患者中,能够显著提高患者的护理满意度,改善其生活质量,值得在临床进行广泛应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of high-quality nursing in microwave treatment of cervical erosion. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016, 86 cases of cervical erosion treated by microwave in our hospital were selected as the research object. All patients were randomly divided into control group (given routine nursing intervention) and observation group (Giving quality nursing interventions) to compare the satisfaction and quality of life improvement of two groups of patients. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups (P> 0.05) The observation group patients improved far better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion High-quality care applied to patients with cervical erosion microwave therapy can significantly improve patient satisfaction and improve their quality of life, deserving to be widely used in clinical practice.
