目的分析甲型H1N1流感暴发疫情的流行病学特征及控制效果,为制定预防控制策略提供依据。方法采用面对面个案调查和现场流行病学调查,分析甲型H1N1流感暴发疫情的流行病学特征。结果南充某职业技术学院2009-09-12/10-09共发生甲型H1N1流感病例177例(采样确诊7例),病例波及全院3个年级,8个系,男女之比为1.49:1,临床特征以中度发热为主,体温38.1℃~39℃占病例总数(135/177)的76.27%,咳嗽占58.19%。结论该起暴发疫情为甲型H1N1流感。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and control effects of outbreak of influenza A (H1N1) and provide the basis for the development of prevention and control strategies. Methods A case-by-case and field epidemiological investigation was conducted to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of Influenza A (H1N1) outbreaks. Results A total of 177 H1N1 influenza cases (confirmed by sampling in 7 cases) were found in a vocational college in Nanchong from September 9, 2009 to December 10, 2009. The case spread to 3 grades and 8 lines in the hospital, with the ratio of male to female being 1.49: 1 The clinical features were mainly moderate fever. Body temperature 38.1 ℃ ~ 39 ℃ accounted for 76.27% of the total cases (135/177), and cough accounted for 58.19%. Conclusion The outbreak was Influenza A (H1N1).
