目的了解常德市各级医疗机构卫生质量管理水平。方法采用完全随机抽样的方法对市直管19家不同级别医疗机构的消毒质量和灭菌效果进行调查和检测。结果 2009年医院消毒样品总合格率高于2008年(χ2=16.16,P<0.01),2009年高压灭菌锅和物体表面样品合格率较2008年高(P<0.05);按照不同医院级别比较,三甲医院样品总合格率最高(P<0.01),其他医疗机构(职防所、皮防所、血站、血防医院)样品总合格率最低(P<0.01);按照院内不同区域比较,层流手术室、治疗室与病房总合格率高于普通手术室、产房(P<0.01)。结论常德市2009年医疗机构卫生质量管理水平较2008年有所提高;在不同级别的医疗机构中,其他医疗机构卫生状况应加强管理;在医疗机构内,应加强普通手术室和产房的卫生质量管理。
Objective To understand the quality of health management at all levels of medical institutions in Changde. Methods A total of 19 random sampling methods were used to investigate the disinfection quality and sterilization effect of 19 hospitals of different grades. Results The total qualified rate of hospital disinfection samples in 2009 was higher than that in 2008 (χ2 = 16.16, P <0.01). The passing rate of autoclave and surface samples in 2009 was higher than that in 2008 (P <0.05). According to different hospital levels (P <0.01). The total qualified rate of the samples in other medical institutions was the lowest (P <0.01). According to the different regions of the hospital, The operating room, treatment room and ward overall pass rate was higher than the normal operating room, delivery room (P <0.01). Conclusion The quality of health management of medical institutions in Changde City increased in 2009 compared with that in 2008; in different levels of medical institutions, the health status of other medical institutions should be strengthened; in the medical institutions, the hygienic quality of general operating rooms and delivery rooms should be strengthened management.
