1985年7月11日至16日,水利电力部水文局在大连市召开比降——面积法测流规范审定会,参加会议的单位计有水电部规划院,南京水文研究所,黄委会,湖南、辽宁、陕西、青海、吉林、黑龙江省水文总站等20多个单位。会议首先对10多篇技术文件进行了交流,然后对规范送审稿作了深入细致的讨论,大家一致认为比降——面积法测流规范送审稿基本是成功的,在文字和编排顺序方面加以修改调正后,将报请水电部核定,预计在1986年正式颁发
From July 11 to 16, 1985, the Hydrology Bureau of the Ministry of Water Conservancy and Electricity held a validation meeting of the pressure drop-area method for flow measurement in Dalian.
