农田水利基本建设是增强农业发展后劲的一项根本性措施。去年,我省召开了农田水利工作会议之后,全省各地农田水利建设发展形势很好。为了进一步促进农田水利建设再上一新台阶,我们把汉中地区所制订、实施的农田水利若干政策规定予以刊登,供各地参考。希望各地、县根据自己的具体情况,制订各地切实可行的规定。

We hope that all localities and counties will formulate practical provisions in all localities according to their own specific conditions.
