【病例】 女 ,39y。因发热、头痛、咳嗽、咽痛 4d来院就诊 ,诊断为化脓性扁桃体炎。青霉素皮试阴性 ,给予 1 0 %葡萄糖 2 50 ml,氨氯青霉素钠 (安络欣 ,山西同振药业有限公司 ,批号 990 80 1 ) 3.0 g,ivgtt。输液完约 5min,病人自觉胸闷、头晕、眼花 ,立即嘱其平卧。查体 BP 1
