2008年发生的世界金融危机和我国经济的周期性调整,为中国经济的整体转型提供了诸多的压力和动力。充分利用这种压力和动力,统筹谋划,突出重点,从各个领域、多个层面推进中国经济的整体转型,这既是应对世界金融危机的当务之急,也是实现我国经济持续较快发展的长远之计。必须注意防止和克服影响经济转型的种种不良倾向,确保经济转型的各项推进工作有序有力有效展开。
The world financial crisis that took place in 2008 and the cyclical readjustment of our economy provide many pressures and impetuses for the overall transformation of China’s economy. Taking full advantage of this pressure and momentum, making overall plans, laying stress on the key points and advancing the overall transformation of China’s economy from all fields and at various levels is not only a top priority in tackling the world financial crisis, but also a long-term measure to achieve sustained and rapid economic development in our country. We must pay attention to preventing and overcoming all kinds of undesirable tendencies that affect the economic restructuring and ensure that the promotion of economic restructuring is conducted in an orderly and effective manner.
