目的 :研究三个时期糖尿病视网膜病变的多焦视网膜电图特征及其临床意义。方法 :采用VERISⅣ视觉诱发反应图像系统测量和分析了 34例非增殖期、15例增殖前期和 15例增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的多焦视网膜电图的差异。结果 :与正常对照眼比较 ,增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变 ,多焦视网膜电图的N1、P1和N2潜伏期在整个直径约 45°的测试野中均延长。在增殖前期 ,P1和N2 潜伏期在测试野中半径 10 .5°到 2 2 .5°的范围内均延长。在非增殖期、增殖前期和增殖期 ,N1 P1和P1 N2 反应密度 (幅度 /面积 )在整个直径约 45°的测试野中均下降。结论 :在糖尿病视网膜病变早期诊断中 ,多焦视网膜电图的反应密度较潜伏期敏感 ,多焦视网膜电图对各期糖尿病视网膜病变均具有诊断价值。
Objective: To study the characteristics and clinical significance of multifocal electroretinogram of diabetic retinopathy in three periods. Methods: VERIS Ⅳ visual evoked response imaging system was used to measure and analyze the differences of multifocal electroretinogram in 34 cases of non-proliferative phase, 15 cases of pre-proliferative and 15 cases of proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Results: Prolonged N1, P1, and N2 latency in proliferative diabetic retinopathy and multifocal electroretinogram were prolonged across the entire test field with a diameter of about 45 ° compared to the normal control eye. In the pre-proliferative phase, both P1 and N2 latency were prolonged in the test field in the range of 10.5 ° to 22.5 °. The N1 P1 and P1 N2 reaction densities (amplitude / area) decreased throughout the test field with a diameter of about 45 ° during the non-proliferative, pre-proliferation and proliferative phases. CONCLUSION: In the early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy, the response density of multifocal electroretinogram is more sensitive than the latent period. Multifocal electroretinogram is of diagnostic value for all stages of diabetic retinopathy.
