文章以某一轻轨车辆为对象,应用多体动力学软件SIMPACK对其连挂碰撞特性进行研究,验证其碰撞特性是否满足设计要求,并分析车体的纵向刚度对连挂碰撞的影响。结果表明车体纵向刚度在某一特定值范围内,最大冲击力和碰撞车辆加速度最大值均随着车体刚度的增加而显著增加,当车体纵向刚度超过某一特定值,最大冲击力和碰撞车辆加速度最大值均变化缓慢,逐渐趋于稳定。
In this paper, a light rail vehicle is taken as an object. The multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK is used to study the crash characteristics of the vehicle. The collision characteristics of the vehicle are verified to meet the design requirements. The influence of the longitudinal stiffness of the vehicle body on the link collision is analyzed. The results show that the maximum longitudinal impact strength and the maximum impact acceleration of the vehicle increase with the increase of the vehicle body stiffness within a certain range of values. When the longitudinal stiffness of the vehicle body exceeds a certain value, the maximum impact force and The maximum values of crash vehicle acceleration changed slowly and gradually stabilized.
