一、本文报告了猪囊尾干粉抗元、鹽水浸液抗元、猪肉絛虫抗元及牛肉絛虫抗元的提取方法及其皮內反应试驗結果。其中以猪囊尾干粉抗元效果最好(93.7%),猪肉絛虫抗元效果最差(8.3%)。二、根据65例絛虫病患者(糞便檢查或試驗后經驅虫証明)皮內反应的結果提供了陽性反应标准。三、在74例絛虫病患者進行皮內反应试驗結果的观察,证明了用本文所述方法制备的猪囊尾蚴干粉抗元,能用于絛虫病的診断,並証明了腸道絛虫感染时机体發生明顯的陽性反应,其陽性率达93.2%。四、絛虫病患者的性別、年齡及感染程度对皮內反应試驗的强弱無明顯的关系。五、5例經病理学檢查証实並伴有
