90.25亿元的投入,修一个百年前代表闽商繁荣的街区,而这条街区的一期,就要在今年面世。这条街区在福州,叫上下杭。百年前福州的商业繁荣,甚而福建商人的繁荣,主要集中在这里。一条穿城而过的闽江,一直汇入东海,使得具有2200多年历史的福州,在百年前的发展中缔造了“闽商发源地”的传奇。福建省政府主办的第五届世界闽高大会5月将在福州举行,这条百年前的富贵街区的修复情况,又一次受到海内外闽商的关注。
