目的系统研究长柄紫珠Callicarpa longipes的化学成分,为先导化合物的发现及质量评价提供基础。方法采用反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、Toyopearl HW-40等柱色谱技术,结合重结晶进行分离纯化,光谱及核磁共振技术结合化学反应鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了12个化合物,分别为熊竹山姜素(1)、5,4′-二羟基-3,6,7-三甲氧基黄酮(2)、阿亚黄素(3)、槲皮素-3,3′,4′-三甲醚(4)、5,7,3′,4′-四羟基-3-甲氧基黄酮(5)、芹菜素(6)、槲皮素-3,3′-二甲醚(7)、芹菜素-6,8-二-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、山柰酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、白桦脂酸(10)、熊果酸(11)、β-谷甾醇(12)。结论 12个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1~9为黄酮类,化合物2~5、7~9为首次从紫珠属中分离得到。
Objective To systematically study the chemical constituents of Callicarpa longipes and provide the basis for the discovery and quality evaluation of lead compounds. Methods Column chromatography on Sephadex LH-20 and Toyopearl HW-40 was carried out on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and Toyobo HW-40 column. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and nuclear magnetic resonance techniques combined with chemical reactions. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as xiongzhuspinein (1), 5,4’-dihydroxy-3,6,7-trimethoxyflavone (2), ibuprofen (3) (4), 5,7,3 ’, 4’-tetrahydroxy-3-methoxyflavone (5), apigenin (6), quercetin- (7), apigenin-6,8-di-C-β-D-glucoside (8), and kaempferol-7-O- , Betulinic acid (10), ursolic acid (11), β-sitosterol (12). Conclusions All the 12 compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 to 9 are flavonoids, and compounds 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 are isolated from the genus Umeria for the first time.
