作者对117例中数年龄43岁(15~60岁)的AML患者在首次诱导缓解后进行自体和同种异基因骨髓移植。骨髓移植(BMT)前88例行DNR、Ara-C化疗1~2个疗程,29例行6-TG、Ara-C和DNR化疗,获完全缓解(CR)后在中数时间3.8或3.0个月进行自体或同种异基因BMT。自体BMT在移植前4和3天,分别应用CTX60mg/kg体重,静脉注射。移植前1天进行全身照射(8GY,机体正中并部分肺遮蔽)(TBI),于TBI后第二天给予自体骨髓输注,BMT后不给予抗白血病治疗。同时异基因BMT由HLA匹配的同胞供髓。10例于BMT前进行
