作者对50例白血病(25例AML,25例ALL;年龄为2~63多)的DNA-指纹(DNA-F)进行分析(用 Hinfl或Sau3A消化;探针用M13或33.6+33.15)。结果:10例AML有DNA-F变化,其中7例有核型异常;9例ALL有DNA-F变化,其中5例的有核型异常,在50例中有核型变化者31例。在16例核型无改变者,有6例有DNA-F变化。而正常DNA-F伴有核型异常耆有19例,有2例虽有核型多数异常,但无DNA-F变化。既无DNA-F变化,也无核型异常的有11例。有3例AML其DNA-F改变伴8号三倍体,这显示伴同AML的微随体灶位于8号染色体,但其他病例核型复杂,未能找出DNA-F改变与其他染色体之间的明确关系。
The authors analyzed DNA-fingerprinting (DNA-F) of 50 leukemias (25 AML, 25 ALL; age 2 to 63) (digested with Hinfl or Sau3A; probe M13 or 33.6 + 33.15). Results: There were DNA-F changes in 10 cases of AML, of which 7 cases had karyotype abnormalities; 9 cases had DNA-F changes in ALL, of which 5 cases had karyotype abnormalities and 31 cases had karyotype changes in 50 cases. In 16 cases of karyotype no change, there are 6 cases of DNA-F changes. The normal DNA-F associated with karyotype abnormalities in 19 cases, there are two cases although most karyotype abnormalities, but no change of DNA-F. No DNA-F changes, nor karyotype abnormalities in 11 cases. Three cases of AML whose DNA-F changed with triploid 8 showed that the microsatellites associated with AML were located on chromosome 8, but the karyotype was complicated in other cases and failed to find any association between DNA-F changes and other chromosomes The clear relationship.
