以人为本,即着重促进每一个学生发展,帮助学生建立科学的、正确的价值观、人生观,培养每一个学生的创新意识与创新精神,并以提高学生综合能力为主,继而实现新时代背景下学生的全面发展。信息技术课程对于小学生来说有一定难度,所以,教师在课堂教学中要以人为本,从而提高学生的学习热情和积极性。本文从“尊重兴趣,合理引导”、“尊重差异,因材施教”、“尊重情感,合理评价”三个方面谈了小学信息技术教学中“以人为本”的理念和策略,理论联系实际,深入浅出。
