观察于KH液中加入胰岛素前、后内皮素-1(ET-1)对正常血压(WKY)和自发性高血压(SHR)大鼠离体主动脉的作用.结果是:①在同样的ET-1浓度下,WKY动脉收缩而SHR动脉舒张.②胰岛素明显增强ET-1对正常动脉的收缩作用,最大增强效应可达50%;明显减弱ET-1对高血压动脉的舒张作用,最大拮抗程度可达100%.据此认为胰岛素对血管活性物质的增敏作用,可部分地解释胰岛素抵抗现象与高血压发病的密切关系.
To observe the effect of endothelin-1 (ET-1) on isolated aorta of rats with normal blood pressure (WKY) and spontaneous hypertension (SHR) before and after addition of insulin in KH solution.The results are as follows: ①In the same ET -1, the contraction of WKY arteries and the relaxation of SHR arteries.②Insulin can significantly enhance the contractile effect of ET-1 on normal arteries, with the maximal enhancement effect of up to 50%; significantly attenuate the vasodilation of ET-1 on hypertensive arteries and the maximal antagonism The degree of up to 100% .According to that insulin sensitization of vasoactive substances, can partially explain the phenomenon of insulin resistance and the incidence of hypertension is closely related.
