Thirteen patients with pulmonary heart disease (pulmonary buffer group) underwent 24-hour Holter monitoring and were compared with 13 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD group) and 13 healthy controls (normal group) at the same period. Results: The average heart rate, minimum heart rate and maximum heart rate at night were significantly higher than those of the two control groups. The total detection rate of arrhythmia in pulmonary brachial plexus group was 86.6%, atrial (79.49%) was significantly higher than that of ventricular arrhythmia (48.7%), The total incidence of pathological atrial arrhythmia and detection rate at sleep, pulmonary buffer group than the two control groups; pulmonary bradyrhoedemia pathological and malignant arrhythmia detection rate, increased when sleeping than waking up, The coronary heart is the opposite, suggesting that patients with pulmonary at ease during the night there may be fatal arrhythmia.
