患者女性,70岁。主诉阵发性头晕、胸闷1年,加重5天入院。临床诊断:病态窦房结综合征。心电图(图1,见第172页,后同)为入院当天Ⅱ导联连续记录。末5个心动为基本窦性心律,P_8-P_9=0.90秒,P_(12)-P_(13)=0.66秒,有窦性心律不齐。P-R间期为0.16秒,窦性冲动从正常房室结径路下传。前8个P-P间距为1.32—1.35秒,可能为2:1窦房阻滞,P-P间期固定为0.09秒(作者:原图描记长达2分钟,图中是节选其中一段),
Patient female, 70 years old. Chief complaints paroxysmal dizziness, chest tightness for 1 year, increased 5 days admission. Clinical diagnosis: sick sinus syndrome. ECG (Figure 1, see page 172, the same below) Ⅱ lead on the day of admission continuous record. The last 5 heartbeats were basic sinus rhythm, P_8-P_9 = 0.90s, P_ (12) -P_ (13) = 0.66s, with sinus arrhythmia. P-R interval of 0.16 seconds, sinus impulses from the normal atrioventricular node pathways.
