外貌漂亮的员工薪酬高英国科学家发现,外形英俊的男子比缺乏吸引力的男子可以找到更好的工作和赚得更多的报酬。伦敦吉尔德霍尔大学研究人员kmings指出:长相一般的秘书比起漂亮的秘书,收入要少15%。研究还发现,被认为是缺乏吸引力的男子较英俊的同事少赚15%;姿色较差的女子亦较美丽的同事少赚11%。肥胖对男性的薪酬没有影响,但女性却因肥胖受损失,所得报酬较减肥的同事少5%。
Beautiful staff salary high British scientists found that handsome men than unattractive men can find a better job and earn more money. Kmings, a researcher at the University of Gilde Holman in London, pointed out that the average looking secretary is 15% less profitable than the pretty secretary. The study also found that men who were considered less attractive earned 15% less money than their handsome colleagues and women with less good looks also earned 11% less money than their pretty colleagues. While obesity has no effect on males' salaries, females lose less than 5% of their fat die because of the loss of obesity.
