农村公共服务投入不足、城乡公共服务失衡等问题,一直是公众关注的热点。加大财政公共服务投入,构建覆盖城乡的公共服务体系,对于缩小城乡差距,实现城乡统筹发展,推动社会主义和谐社会建设具有重要的现实意义。本文通过对山东城乡公共服务体系现状进行分析后认为,山东城乡公共服务失衡的状况仍十分明显。今后,要进一步加大财政投入力度,优化支出结构,完善财政体制,增强基层政府的公共服务供给能力,不断完善城乡公共服务体系建设,促进城乡公共服务一体化。
Inadequate investment in rural public services, unbalanced urban and rural public services and other issues, has been the focus of public concern. Increasing investment in financial public services and building a public service system covering both urban and rural areas have an important practical significance for narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, realizing the overall development of urban and rural areas and promoting the building of a harmonious socialist society. Based on the analysis of the present situation of Shandong urban and rural public service system, this paper argues that the imbalance of urban and rural public services in Shandong is still very obvious. In the future, we will further increase investment in finance, optimize the structure of expenditure, improve the fiscal system, and enhance the ability of grass-roots government to provide public services. We will continue to improve the urban and rural public service system and promote the integration of urban and rural public services.
