本文作者结合黄岛油库火灾和对石油天然气系统储运设施的安全检查,指出现存的不安全因素,同时提出了几个在今后设计与管理中安全防火必须树立的基本思想观念。

Combined with the fire in Huangdao Oil Depot and the safety inspection of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities, the author points out the existing unsafe factors and at the same time proposes several basic ideas that must be established in the design of fire safety in future design and management.
