教师是教学活动的主导,学生是学习活动的主体,课堂是教与学有效衔接的联系点。构建高效课堂,教师需要做到:一是积极探索教学模式,利用教学关键环节,实施有效教学活动,使学生学习能力和素养得到有效培养和锻炼。二是重视学生心理,多进行以鼓励为主的评价,并给学生创造更多的体验成功的机会。
Teachers are the leading teaching activities, students are the main body of learning activities, the classroom is the effective link between teaching and learning point of contact. To build an effective classroom, teachers need to: First, actively explore teaching modes, make use of the key links of teaching and implement effective teaching activities so that students’ learning ability and accomplishment can be effectively cultivated and exercised. The second is to attach importance to student psychology, more to encourage the evaluation, and to create more opportunities for students to experience success.
