在党与上级领导下我腑参加了本年度太原市所组织的「厂际竞赛」运动。兹将第一季度进行情况报告如下:一、开展竞赛的基础上年度我厂全年有足够的生产任务,有利于全面组织生产与开展竞赛,又经过讨论计划、技术管理、作业计划、增产节约等企业改革工作,初步建立了正规生产管理程序,特别是总路线总任务深入人心提高了全体同志的社会主义觉悟与劳动热情,因而超额完成了一九五三年度国家各种计划指针。这给本年度开展劳动竞赛创造了有利条件。但是,一九五四年一开始,与上年不同,我厂面临着生产任务不足,新旧产品转换,特别是生产任务不能尽早决定,使去年年底产品盘存无法投入,不能为今年第一季生产作好前提工作的困难状况。
