小河-孟关生态工业园的规划建设,是贵州“工业强省”战略的具体体现,是贵阳市产业结构优化调整的时代产物,也是工业发展与生态文明建设相融合的实际结合。本文以小河-孟关生态工业园的规划建设为例,探讨城市工业建设与生态保护及生态建设之间相辅相成的发展关系。
The planning and construction of the Xiaohe River-Menguan Eco-Industrial Park is a concrete manifestation of Guizhou’s strategy of “strong industrial province” and is the product of the times in the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure in Guiyang and also the actual combination of industrial development and ecological civilization. Taking the planning and construction of Xiaohe - Mengguan Eco - Industrial Park as an example, this paper discusses the mutually reinforcing developmental relationship between urban industrial construction and ecological protection and ecological construction.
