一、问题的提出在义务教育中,如何有效地激励初中学生,尤其是生源较差学校的学生,积极主动地学习数学,提高学习水平,这是我区多年来一直在探索的重要课题。这些学生认知水平低,思维发展相对迟缓,自卑、厌学的心态比较普遍,听讲时好动,易走神,对学习缺乏积极的情感,导致课堂教学中师生交互活动低效,只能依赖于课外不断矫正补差,但收效甚微。这与全面贯彻教育方针的社会要求,形成了突出的矛盾。为了寻求解决上述问题的方法与途径,我们开展了调查研究,筛选我区生源较差的长虹中学的周佩珠老师的经验。周老师从1985年9月到1988年7
