机械加工的生产过程中,对于带铁屑和油污的产品零件,在前后工序之间或转入库房之前均需进行清洗。过去使用的容器是一个铁槽子,装有清洗剂,把零件放入槽中清洗,洗净后转入下工序或放零件盒中,这种方法存在以下几个问题: 第一,由于清洗槽固定安置在车间内固定位置,需要清洗的零件必须从机床各岗位搬运到清洗槽处,清洗之后再送到下一道工序的机床岗位,既费力又费时,搬运过程中不小心还容易碰伤零件。 第二,在清洗槽中零件和铁屑油污混杂在一起,既不容易洗净又容易划伤零件。 第三,由于清洗零件时的搅动,使清洗液经常处在混浊状态,影响零件的洁净度,为此需要经常更换新的清洗液。
