今年适逢我校建校60周年,在这个特殊的时刻,回顾我校学报两刊的办刊历史和办刊经验,明确今后的工作任务和发展方向,求真务实,与时俱进,在办刊实践中大力弘扬我校“情系水利、自强不息”的办学精神,以期实现学报的跨越式发展,为特色鲜明的高水平教学研究型大学建设提供重要学术平台,真正展现我校教学科研和文化建设的重要成果。
This year coincides with the 60th anniversary of the founding of our university. At this special moment, we review the running history and issue experiences of our two journals, clarify the future tasks and direction of development, seek truth and being pragmatic and advance with the times. In practice, we vigorously carry forward our school spirit of “love water conservancy, self-reliance” so as to realize the leap-forward development of journals and provide an important academic platform for the construction of a high-level teaching and research university with distinctive characteristics, so as to truly demonstrate our teaching Important achievements of scientific research and cultural construction.
