淋巴结转移癌和手术中清除是否彻底是影响大肠癌外科疗效的重要因素 ,对大肠癌淋巴结的清除范围一般认为应达到第 3站 ,对是否应行 N2 16淋巴结(腹主动脉旁淋巴结 )清除及清除的范围 ,国内未见报道。我科施行清除 N2 16淋巴结的大肠癌扩大根治术 6 8例 ,现对其临床意义作一探讨
The metastasis of lymph node metastasis and removal during surgery are important factors influencing the curative effect of colorectal cancer. The clearance range of lymph node in colorectal cancer is generally considered to reach the third station, and whether or not N2 16 lymph nodes (abdominal aortic lymph nodes) should be removed and The scope of clearance has not been reported in China. Our department performed an extensive radical mastectomy for removal of N2 16 lymph nodes in 68 cases, and its clinical significance is now discussed.
