北京市东城区和平里第四小学建于1960年,现有44个教学班,学生1800余名。学校共有教职工121人,其中市、区级骨干教师22人,北京市优秀教师、师德标兵、“紫禁杯”优秀班主任17人次;中学高级教师9人,小学高级教师71人,小学一级教师34人;党员教师47人。形成了一支思想先进、业务精良、务实创新、锐意改革的干部教师队伍。学校本着“要给孩子们最美的教育”宗旨,着眼于塑造全体学生健全人格,形成“以美育美”的办学指导思想,坚持美育品牌,践行大美育观理念,打造出具有美育特色的文化校园,形成“以美养德,以美启智,以美健体,以美陶情”的办学模式。学校是全国首家漫画教育基地、北京市美育研究会成员、北京市十二五时期中小学校长培训实践基地,并先后获得首都文明单位,北京市美育研究先进
Built in 1960, Hepingli Fourth Primary School, Dongcheng District, Beijing has 44 teaching classes and more than 1,800 students. The school has a total of 121 faculty members, of whom 22 are city-level and district-level key teachers, and 17 are excellent teachers, teachers’ moral models and “Forbidden Cup ” excellent class teachers in Beijing.
