Objective To investigate the effects of feeding time, controlled infusion and analgesic control on postoperative recovery in patients with hepatobiliary diseases. Methods A total of 98 patients with hepatobiliary diseases admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were divided into two groups. The therapeutic effects and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The indexes of blood glucose, cortisol and insulin in both groups increased at 24 h after operation, but decreased at 96 h after operation (P <0.05). Conclusions The preoperative diet, intraoperative infusion and analgesic control of patients with hepatobiliary diseases can effectively control the patient’s stress response and speed up postoperative recovery.
