我局从1987年开始,组织部分岗位的规范性培训。三年多来,已基本完成支局长、班组长的培训,其中,8名支局长全部经过培训,35名班组长已培训30名,已领取岗位培训合格证书。经过培训,增强了支局长、班组长的责任感,管理水平和实际工作能力有较大提高,支局和班组面貌起了根本变化。8个支局经上级局验收已有7个支局建成标准化支局。班组长已培训过的25个班组均成为一类班组,其中5个班组被评为省局一类班组。一、规范性岗位培训的全过程应包括
Our bureau started from 1987, organized part of the normative training of positions. Over the past three years, we have basically completed the training for the branch chief and team leader.
