本文参考 Griffin 提出的公式试用寿命表相关回归法,对105名铜矿凿岩工白指累计发病率与振动累积剂量进行处理。岩工平均日接振1.35小时,年平均劳动306天,凿岩机~ahw(eq)=25.5m·s~(-2)。结果:累积剂量相应对数值与累计发病率相应概率单位之间明显正相关。10%岩工出现白指的累积剂量平均6.88×10~(12)m~2·s~(-3),大约4.8年;以连续接振10年为限,则每天允许接振不足20分钟,将~ahw(eq)降至12.3m·s~(-2)以下时,则工人日接振可增加到1.35小时以上。近年来诸多研究资料已证明了手持振动工具的振动参数、接触振动时间均与振动性白指的发生关系密切。也就是说,振动加速度(为常用的最重要评价指标)越大,对接触者的危害越大,罹患振动性白指的间隔时间也就越短。同时还看到,振动白指患病率随接振时间的延长而随之增加,且两者之间呈现明显的平行关系。本文主要参考 Griffin 提出的振动累积剂量理论,将计权振动加速度与接振时间综合起来,计算各工龄组平均振动累积剂量,用寿命表法进行处理,试图找出振动累积剂量与白指累计发病率之间存在的联系。从而可以预测同工种、作业环境类似情况下工人发生白指时的累积剂量、接振年数;同时又可根据已知调查或测试数据,去估算该类型振动工具的计权振动加速度及平均日接振时间,预报接受不同累积剂量人群的白指发病情况。因此可以同时了解到几方面有关因素,对局部振动危害的综合治理与控制提供依据。

In this paper, we mainly refer to the theory of cumulative dose of vibration proposed by Griffin, combining the weighted vibration acceleration with the time of vibration absorption, calculating the average cumulative dose of vibration in each age group and using the life table method to find out the cumulative dose of vibration and the cumulative incidence of white fingers There is a link between rates.
