急性出血性胃炎内科治疗无效时常须全胃切除。作者对雷尼替丁及大剂量硫糖侣不能控制的出血,用亚枫咪哇取得成功。1例62岁男性,结肠脾曲有大肿瘤,累及脾及胰尾,切除后行吻合及胰断端缝合。组织学证实为腺描。
