(甲)教育方针与任务(一)依据人民政协共同纲领推广卫生医药事业的方针,及全国卫生会议关于护士助产士教育学制及课程的决议,就本省试行护士、助产士新教育制度;(二)培养的护士、助产士必须使其政治坚定,技术优良,身体健康,能够更好的为人民服务;(三)为纠正过去集中城市的缺点,应以城市为护士、助产士教育的发展中心,以乡村为护士、助产士的主要对象。
(A) Guidelines and Tasks for Education (I) Trying out the new education system for nurses and midwives in our province on the basis of the guidelines of the CPPCC jointly promoting the program of public health medicine and the resolution of the National Health Conference on the educational system and courses for nursing midwives; (2) Nurses and midwives must make them politically determined, skilled and healthy, and better able to serve the people. (C) In order to correct the shortcomings of the past concentrated cities, the city should be the development center for nurses and midwives education and the rural Nurses, midwives the main target.
