目的探讨护士心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对199名护士进行评定,同时与全国常模对照,精神片区与综合片区护士对照。结果护士SCL-90测试结果与全国常模比较,除人际关系、偏执因子分与常模无显著性差异外,其余各因子分均较高,有显著性差异,心理卫生问题发生率较高(占39.70%),综合片区比精神片区明显。结论护士存在心理健康问题,综合片区比精神片区明显,护士必须加强心理健康教育工作。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of nurses. Methods Ninety-five nurses were evaluated by SCL-90, and compared with the national norm at the same time. Results Compared with the national norm, the results of nurses’ SCL-90 test showed no significant difference except for interpersonal relationship, paranoid factor and norm, but the scores of other factors were higher, significant difference was found, and the incidence of mental health problems was higher Accounting for 39.70%), comprehensive area than the spirit area significantly. Conclusion The nurses have mental health problems. The comprehensive area is more obvious than the mental area, and the nurses must strengthen their psychological health education.
