近年来,我国广播影视类高等教育取得了长足的发展,为我国广播影视系统输送了大量的人才。随着广播影视行业的迅猛发展,社会对广播影视类人才提出了更高的要求。因而进一步深化人才培养模式、课程体系和教学内容的改革,提高办学质量,造就更多的适应新世纪需要的具有创新能力的广播影视高素质人才,是广播影视教育的当务之急。作为其重要环节,教材建设肩负着艰巨的使命。教育部对高职高专广播影视类教材建设历来十分重视,将其列为高职高专教育工作的重中之重。近些年来,教材体系不断完善,已基本进入一个良性发展阶段。但是,按照国家高职高专教育的特点和人才培养目标,以应用性职业岗位需求为中心,以素质教育、创新教育为基础,以学生能力培养、技能实训为本位,使职业资格认证培训内容和教材内容有机衔接,针对高职高专学生自身特点的精品教材还不是很多。新的形势要求教材建设适应新的教学要求,因而全面构建适应21世纪需求的高职高专广播影视类专业教材体系势在必行。精品教材不是编辑编著出来的,是团队铸造出来的。如何从编写到铸造的转变?是打造精品教材的必经之路。

As an important part of it, the construction of teaching materials shoulders the arduous task. The Ministry of Education has always attached great importance to the teaching of radio, film and television materials in higher vocational colleges and ranks it as the most important task in higher vocational education. In recent years, the teaching material system has been continuously improved and has basically entered a stage of sound development. However, in accordance with the characteristics of national higher vocational education and personnel training objectives, to occupational job requirements as the center, based on quality education and innovation education, student ability training, skills training as the standard, vocational qualification training Content and textbook content organic convergence, high vocational students for their own characteristics of quality materials is not a lot. The new situation calls for teaching materials to adapt to the new teaching requirements, so it is imperative to build a comprehensive teaching system of radio, film and television specialties suitable for the needs of the 21st century. High-quality textbooks are not editors compiled out of the team cast out. How to change from writing to casting? Is the only way to create quality teaching materials.
