美国Lycoming公司是目前国际上最大的航空活塞式发动机生产厂家,其生产的汽油活塞发动机广泛安装于小型通用飞机上。美国Piper公司生产的Seminole飞机安装了两台Lycoming公司生产的O/LO-360-A1H6汽油活塞式发动机,在该机型运行过程中,曾经出现因燃油系统污染导致的发动机工作不稳定的故障,对飞机的运行安全造成较大影响。本文以其中一起故障为样本,详细分析了燃油系统污染对发动机工作造成的影响,并有针对性地提出了维修和操作建议供维护和使用该型飞机的机务人员参考。
