位于北京市朝阳区首都机场辅路旁的民航博物馆展厅内,收藏着一架编号为4208的伊尔-14型飞机。该机因为执行过毛泽东主席等党和国家领导人的专机任务,而备受关注。伊尔-14型飞机是由前苏联伊留申设计局在伊尔-12型运输机基础上改进设计的。1950年7月15日首次试飞,1954年开始投入使用。伊尔-14采用了功率更大的发动机,降低了飞机阻力和改善了座舱设备,提高了飞机的安全性和舒适性。1956年,我国空军从苏联引进49架伊尔-14,主要执行专机和空运任务,4208号就是其中之一。1957年,为适应专机任务的需要,承担专机飞行任务的独三团报请空军批准,将4208号飞机飞往上海龙华机场飞
