在酸性介质中,微量锇(Ⅳ)的存在对溴酸钾氧化DCS-偶氮胂的退色反应有明显的催化作用。研究了退色反应的最佳条件,建立了测定微量锇的催化分光光度新方法,反应在水相中直接进行,测定锇的线性范围在0.02~0.45μg/10mL之间。本法用于贵金属精矿中锇的测定,结果满意。
In acidic medium, the presence of trace osmium (Ⅳ) has obvious catalytic effect on the fading reaction of DCS-arsenazo by potassium bromate. The optimum conditions of fading reaction were studied. A new catalytic spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of trace osmium. The reaction was carried out directly in the aqueous phase. The linear range of osmium was 0.02-0.45μg / 10mL. This method is used for the determination of osmium in precious metal concentrates with satisfactory results.
