节能是我国一项长期的战略任务。减少石油在转输、储存等过程中的损耗和节约用电，是商业石油库节约能源的重要课题。现就这方面的节能途径介绍如下。
Energy saving is a long-term strategic task in our country. Reduce the oil in the process of transit, storage and other losses and save electricity, is an important issue of commercial oil depot to save energy. Now on the energy-saving ways in this area are described below.
