研究聚合物SBS改性沥青在老化过程中其低温黏结强度的衰变规律。采用薄膜老化试验进行SBS改性沥青的老化处理,老化时间为6h、18h、24h、48h。然后采用沥青低温黏结强度定量测试和技术测试SBS改性沥青在不同老化时间、不同低温条件下的黏结强度,并得出沥青低温黏结强度衰变曲线,根据衰变曲线获取不同老化状态下沥青的脆化时机,试验温度分别为-5℃、-10℃、-15℃、-20℃、-25℃。试验结果表明,老化时间对SBS改性沥青的低温黏结强度及衰变规律有显著影响。不同老化时间下沥青黏结强度峰值出现的温度不同,出现脆化提前现象。老化过程导致SBS改性沥青的轻质组分散失,沥青的脆化时机提前出现,进而导致沥青的低温黏结强度出现急剧衰减,沥青抗老化技术及沥青轻组分预先补充技术应进行深入地研究。
The degradation of low temperature cohesive strength of polymer SBS modified asphalt during aging was studied. Aging test SBS modified asphalt aging test, aging time 6h, 18h, 24h, 48h. The aging process led to the loss of the light components of SBS modified asphalt, the early embrittlement of asphalt appeared, which led to a sharp decline in the low temperature bond strength of asphalt. The anti-aging technology of asphalt and the pretreatment of light components of asphalt should be studied in depth .
